Please remember that by submitting your proposal you have given permission for
a video recording of your presentation to be published on the web. For the
convenience of attendees who may reference your talk in the conference archives,
please provide us with your final slides no later than one week before the
conference. We prefer materials in HTML, reST or PDF; if you use a proprietary
format such as Powerpoint's PPT for your slide deck, please be sure to provide a
HTML or PDF version. You are also welcome to provide the source document.

While the conference website will publish your materials, you will retain
sole copyright. To increase the usefulness of your presentation,
we suggest and encourage -- though not require -- that you license your
materials under a Creative Commons CC-BY license. For more detail, see:
